What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account or submit forms, and the site sets no cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data needed to deliver pages and prevent abuse, such as IP address, browser type, page requested and time.
Analytics
Pages include a small image used to count page views. When it loads, the analytics service receives the page visited plus standard request data (IP address, browser user-agent, referring page). We use this only in aggregate and do not sell it.
We do not take fraud reports
This site cannot receive tips. Please do not send us details of suspected fraud. Report it to HHS-OIG at 1-800-HHS-TIPS (1-800-447-8477) or to 1-800-MEDICARE.
No attorney-client relationship
Reading this site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Pages may link to other websites, including the website of the attorney who reviews our content, which have their own privacy practices.
